TEN PACHI is a very cool place to work. our stylists enjoy four-day work weeks. we close the salon on many saturdays throughout the year for holiday weekends so our staff can enjoy quality time with friends and family. we also close for the thanksgiving weekend and the week between christmas and new year so staff from different parts of the country, or world, can fly home. we offer an extremely competitive compensation package, which includes comprehensive health insurance, 401k matching plan and paid time off.

TEN PACHI's advanced training curriculum is like no other. not only are our staff trained in the latest cutting, coloring, straightening and perming techniques from around the globe, but after one year of employment all stylists are eligible to train in london, england for one week.
