Bidding Farewell to TEN PACHI…

It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of TEN PACHI's closure. the decision to close the doors has been one of the most challenging I've ever had to make, and as I reflect on the incredible 16 years we've spent together, I find it difficult to put into words the depth of my gratitude as well as the satisfaction I’ve experienced sharing this salon with all of you. our journey took an unexpected turn in the aftermath of the pandemic. many key employees have moved out of area, retired, or changed careers. there has been no labor pool to hire/train replacements from. these challenges made it clear that sustaining TEN PACHI as a fully working salon was no longer feasible.

I want to express my gratitude, not just as a business owner but as someone who has had the privilege of witnessing the magic that happens when people come together with passion, integrity and purpose. to all my extraordinary staff over the years, stella especially, erika, laura, yuki, ingrid, amber, armando, tyler, saori, teal, joey, ben, mizuki, christina, kei, margaret and so many more – you are not just names on a roster. you are the faces that made TEN PACHI a haven and a place where genuine connections flourished. I've had the privilege of watching you evolve. and as I close this particular chapter, I want to extend my deepest thanks. your impact on our clients' lives, and on my life, from the little gestures of kindness to the profound moments of support, will forever be etched in my heart and on the story of TEN PACHI. to our incredible clients, thank you for being the heartbeat of TEN PACHI. your support, particularly during the turbulent times of the pandemic, was a testament to the strength of the bonds we've formed. your generosity, in reaching out to help when the pandemic closed us down, and standing by us in its aftermath, has left an indelible mark on my heart and the hearts of my colleagues.
