REFUND CHECK REQUESTS MADE IN DECEMBER HAVE BEEN MAILED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A HANDFUL OF CLIENTS WHO HAD GIFT CARDS ON OUR OLD HARDDRIVE SYSTEM, WE’RE WORKING ON THOSE. IF YOU MADE A REFUND REQUEST AND YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND IT’S EITHER BECAUSE YOUR GIFT CARD BALANCE FELL UNDER THE ‘GIFT PROMO’ BALANCE AND NOT ORIGINAL PURCHASE AMOUNT SO THERE WASN’T A GIFT CARD BALANCE LEFT.
PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR ACCOUNTING PURPOSES, ALL REFUNDS NEED TO BE REQUESTED BY EMAIL - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO MAKE THIS GO AS SMOOTHLY AS POSSIBLE. Only original purchase prices of gift cards will be refunded, not the promotionaL gift AMOUNTS.
