Terms & Conditions

Appointment Cancellation Policy

we require at least 1 full business day (at least 24 hours) notice for cancellations or reschedules of haircuts. we require at least 2 full days (at least 48 hours) notice for cancellations or reschedules of appointments for chemical services such as hair coloring, perms, etc as well as formal services such as formal styling or wedding services. clients who cancel or reschedule their appointment for a chemical or formal service will forfeit their 50% deposit and will need to make a new 50% deposit for the rescheduled appointment. 

Late Client Policy

be sure to allow the time commitments of each service you choose, as we cannot take appointments fifteen minutes after the scheduled appointment time. sorry, no exceptions. we cannot condense appointments. thank you for your cooperation.

if you are running late to an appointment, please call us at 206.985.1010 so that we can see what we can do to accommodate you. we are, however, unlikely to be able to accommodate for clients who arrive 10 minutes or more past the start time of their appointment. this is so that we can keep our stylists on schedule as well as the appointments booked after yours. we are unable to see clients who arrive 15 minutes past the start time of their appointment and they are considered 'no shows'. please refer below to read our policy on 'no shows'.

no show policy

we consider clients to be a 'no show' if they arrive to their appointment 15 minutes or more past the start of their appointment or not at all. clients who are regular 'no shows' to their appointments may be asked to pre pay for their services in full prior to being able to book an appointment. clients who no show for a chemical service (color, perms, etc.) forfeit their 50% deposit for the service. 

COnfirmation Calls

as a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. we will call to confirm your service prior to your appointment or you will receive an email if we have your information on file. note that it is you are accountable for your appointment dates and times and to inform us if your contact information has changed. refer above to our policies regarding showing up late to an appointment or being a 'no-show' (showing up 15 minutes past the start of the appointment time or not at all).

Service Satisfaction

in the event you are not satisfied with your service, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can schedule you in to make any adjustments or corrections as necessary. 

Product Returns

we will issue a full refund on products returned and unused within 14 days of purchase.  

Product Exchange

if you are not happy with the product we suggested, we would be happy to issue a product exchange within 14 days of your purchase.  

Damaged Products

we will replace any damaged product (pump failure, etc.) with proof of purchase if returned before 30 days and as long as the item is not expired. if your damaged item is no longer available at time of return, you will be issued an exchange for product only or store credit towards product only. 

Gift Cards & Certificates

no refunds will be given for gift card or certificate purchases. gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

Gift Cards are available in many dollar amounts. They are available for immediate purchase and prompt delivery via email/website download. Gift Cards can also either be mailed directly to the purchaser (credit card billing address) or may be picked up on location at your convenience. We just ask that you allow 24-48hrs for processing and 5-7 business days for shipping.
