Deposit/Pre-pay
if a client no-show’s for their appointment they will be charged 50% of the cost of their service. moving forward if that client would like to reschedule they will need to prepay.100% before locking in their next appointment,
Late Client Policy
be sure to allow the time commitments of each service you choose, I want to give you my full attention and not rush your appointment. I want you to walk out looking and feeling your best, clients who are late more than 15 or 20 minutes may not receive the blow-dry styling part of their service.
Cancellations and refunds
I require at least 2 full business days (at least 48 hours) notice for cancellations or reschedules for all appointments.
I will issue a full refund on products returned unused within 14 days of purchase.
Product returns
if you are not happy with the product i suggested, I’m happy to issue a product exchange within 14 days of your purchase. i’ll replace any damaged product (pump failure, etc.)
