Cancellations & Refunds
we require at least 2 business days (at least 48 hours) notice for cancellations or reschedules for all appointments. clients who cancel or reschedule their appointment for a chemical or formal service will forfeit their 50% deposit and will need to make a new 50% deposit for the rescheduled appointment.

we will issue a full refund on products returned and unused within 14 days of purchase.
