haircut prices - on november 1, 2009, TEN PACHI raised haircut prices to $25. we didn't want to have to do it. but with increasing costs of doing business, which include providing comprehensive healthcare for our staff, we really needed to. we truly appreciate your business and hope that you will continue to patronize our salon - our valued customers, neighbors and friends.
deposits for all chemical services - due to an astoundingly-high number of of short-notice and no-notice cancellations of chemical service appointments, TEN PACHI now requires a credit card or 50% cash deposit to hold all chemical service appointments. we do not ask for a deposit for haircut appointments but we kindly ask for 48-hour notice for any cancellation, not doing so for your haircoloring, texture/digital perming, or straightperming appointment will result in a 50% charge for that service. thank you.
