problems booking online?

some of our clients have been experiencing challenges scheduling their appointments online. has this happened to you? if so, could you be so kind as to help us diagnose the problem(s) by responding to the following questionnaire and emailing your answers to dot. we would be incredibly grateful for your input!

1. when did you create your account?
2. have you been able to successfully complete an online appointment booking before?
3. how often are you able to book an appointment?
4. have you ever been unable to book an appointment, if so when and at what time? Did you try again later?
5. if you have been unable to previously book an online appointment, have you regained the ability to book an appointment?
6. do you use a mac or a pc?
7. what web browser do you use?
8. do you enable javascript?
9. can you take a screenshot or a picture of the screen when you encounter the trouble and send it to dot?
10. *can you try from another computer?

be sure to allow for the time commitments of each service you choose.

if you wish to request a particular stylist, please do so in the comment box, prior to booking your appointment.

chemical service deposit and cancellation policy:
due to an exorbitant amount of short-notice and no-notice cancellations for chemical service appointments, TEN PACHI now requires a credit card number or 50% cash deposit to hold all chemical service appointments. we do not ask for a deposit for haircut appointments, but we kindly request 48-hour notice for any cancellation. not doing so for your haircoloring, texture/digital perming, or straight perming appointment will result in a 50% charge for that service. we thank you for your understanding and cooperation. because the salon is closed on sunday and monday, we kindly request that all tuesday appointments be cancelled by 3:30pm the previous saturday for weekend online booking opportunities.

kindly give us 24 hours notice if you cannot keep your haircut appointment. clients who 'no-show' for a scheduled haircut appointment may be asked to pre-pay for their haircut before being allowed to re-book.
